Z Academy Internships
Wunderman is a Global Marketing Agency with over 80% of our client work now being Digital. We have partnered with only 11 Universities globally to offer students places on our Z Academy program. These Universities have been chosen due to their renowned programs specific to educating the next generation of digital marketers. And it is not limited only to students beyond their first year!
Z Academy offers students and graduates paid placements in Wunderman Offices and Sister Agencies all over the world (such as the US, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia). Zeds (as Z Academy students are called) spend a minimum of 3 months working directly with talented professionals whilst gaining world class experience and working on real projects for major global clients. It’s not an opportunity to sit around and photocopy loads of documents; it’s an opportunity to get real professional work experience in an exciting international setting.
The scheme has been produced in recognition of the fact that current students are our future generation of Digital Marketers. Z Academy is a challenging program that offers a glimpse into the professional world for students and recent graduates all the while maintaining awareness that it is also a learning process. So you won’t be under pressure to be an expert right away.
We promise you that you won’t be dropped off in the middle of an unknown foreign country without any guidance. All the technicalities will be arranged prior to your arrival, so you don’t have to worry about poisonous mosquitoes or sleeping in a shack; you will be taken care of. You will also be given a basic salary that will cover your accommodation, food, local travel. The exact figure will be dependent on the location.
If all goes well and you blow us away by your talent and dedication, we may even make a permanent offer!
