Travel writers in Tenerife (unpaid, short term, lodging provided)
We are urgently looking (esp for June 10) for unpaid travel writers/journalists with exceptional command of English for the inception of a travel website.
You:
- Journalism background/qualification, preferably travel/tourism related
- Excellent writing and research skills are important, so do communication and organisational skills
- Over 20 years old, independent and self-motivated
- Photography skill is an advantage but not necessary
- Able to travel (you are responsible for your flights, visa, travel insurance etc) and commit for at least 1 month
- 5 days/week, approx 7 hours a day
- Available in the following months: June, Sep and Oct. Ideally we would like someone to start immediately.
In return:
- We provide you with accommodation at a 2 star homely hotel in the old quarter of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife (or of similar standard)
- Free daily breakfast
- You get to put what you’ve learned from your course into practise
- You get to immerse yourself in the warm weather and Spanish culture in the beautiful island of Tenerife
- Valuable (and memorable) experience for your CV
- Seeing your work being published online
