The Big Launch Film Competition
Fancy trying your hand at writing, producing and directing a short film?
MasterCard and Raindance have teamed up to create a ground breaking short film competition around The Big Lunch.
The Big Lunch - brought to you by Cornwall’s Eden Project and MasterCard - promises to turn every street in the UK into a party on July 19th, and to turn every neighbour into a possible new best friend!
Coming together, community and having fun is what it’s all about. Help make it happen, and maybe win a prize into the bargain! Two cash prizes worth £1000 each are waiting to be won! Even if this is the first time you have picked up a video camera, this competition is open to absolutely everyone in the UK.
What should the film be about?
The competition is to celebrate and highlight The Big Lunch and we are looking for films which capture the essence of what The Big Lunch is about. The competition will be for each entrant to produce his or her own interpretation of the MasterCard ad for The Big Lunch. Each film must be less than 60 seconds in length.
Entries and Judging
The competition closes on the 29th June. Please make sure you have read the rules for the competition and please, please, remember, we will not accept anything unless you have signed up to our terms and conditions beforehand.
The advertising industry is constantly on the lookout for fresh, new talent, and this competition can give you the opportunity to have your work viewed by some of the biggest names in the business and by millions around the country.
Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts from Raindance, one of Britain’s leading film organisations, McCann Erickson, the world’s biggest advertising agency, as well as representatives from MasterCard and The Big Lunch.
