TalentBlogger competition
Leading supplier of entertainment to the Events Industry Sternberg Clarke has launched a competition which aims to find a talent spotter who has a way with words.
£750 worth of gig tickets and 1 week’s paid work experience will be awarded for the best entertainment review received before the end of May 2011.
The competition is open to anyone and they can submit a review of any gig they have attended in the last six months as long as it demonstrates good writing skills and a keen eye for new, different and exciting talent from the weird and wonderful worlds of circus, music, dance, magic or comedy.
Adam Sternberg, Director of Sternberg Clarke said “Talentblogger is a great venture for us. We are constantly on the lookout for the best in new entertainment but it’s never enough, there’s so much out there to discover. This competition allows us to gain access to entertainment that we might not have found otherwise.”
Competition Guidelines:
• Submissions should be between 300 and 500 words
• Reviews can be about any gig you like (but you are ‘talent spotting’ so it helps if you’re spotting something new)
• email submissions to garreth@sternbergclarke.co.uk
• include your name, home address, an email address and telephone number
• By submitting a review, entrants are giving permission for it to appear on the Sternberg Clarke Blog and website.
• Submissions should be “safe for work”
• Include a photo of the reviewed act if possible.
