The SWRD! Academy offers a six or nine month apprenticeship scheme to top graphic design students to help them develop from graduate to designer in industry through a comprehensive fast -track programme in a leading London agency.
why do it?
Because you can:
Expect to do more than 12 months of placements before you get a real
• design job, and placements don’t have the continuity necessary to develop certain skills, and to accumulate real client work
Maximise your time by getting yourself ready in a structured
• programme that ensures you learn the necessary skills
Gain real experience long term rather than jumping from one placement to another.
Get practical hands-on skills that you don’t get in art school
• Add real client work in your portfolio
• Learn from a leading London agency with 20 years experience
• Gain competitive advantage in the employment marketplace
• Develop a wider professional network

Places
There are only two place available each year, starting in August and
February respectively.

What happens next
We will shortlist all the applications and invite the shortlisted candidates for interview before offering the Academy place.
Shortlisted candidates will be given a date and time for interview.
If the interview is not attended the candidate will automatically
be disqualified.
