Substance Or Style competition
The aim of this website is to promote Sewuese, her songs and her shows, while reflecting her eclectic style.
Target audience:
1. Flash Intro: Eye-catching / show-stopping to grab viewers' attention
2. Home: Menu linking to the other pages, biography section (with nice typographic treatment) and a section for ‘Latest’ update bulletins
3. Music: Music player and PayPal purchase option. No download function
4. Live: Dates of upcoming shows and appearances
5. Blog: Regular diary entries about on life, music to include video embedding, photos and text
6. Gallery: Photos displayed creatively, maybe some interactivity
7. Dream Team: Details of roles to be filled ie Management, Street Team, Band for ‘Team Sewuese’
8. Contact: All contact info (contact name, telephone, email address), links to Myspace, Facebook, BeBo etc
(Please note, the font for ‘SEWUESE’ is called Add City Boy)
This is an open brief, the more creative the better. Let your imaginations run free and design a website that is fresh, cutting edge and most of all, original.
Deadline: The competition closes on Sunday 1st February. The winner will be announced on Monday 9th February.
The winner will receive a personal written work reference from Sewuese and will be credited on the website to help you in future job searches, a special edition gold EP disc of Sewuese's songs and exclusive tickets to one of her shows in early 2009.
