Study China Program - 2010 Summer Applications Now Open
Funded places on the Study China Programme. Open to full-time undergraduate/HND students in English, Scottish and Northern Ireland Universities and Colleges of Further Education.
Would you like to spend three exciting weeks in China to learn its language and develop an understanding of its culture, business and life in general?
Following the huge success of previous Study China Programmes since summer 2007, the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, the Scottish Government and the Department for Employment and Learning in Northern Ireland are now funding over 400 places per year for full time undergraduates and HND students to go to China.
Successful candidates will be learning Chinese language, attending lectures on Chinese culture, society, history and economy and visiting local businesses. We work with host universities in Beijing, Shanghai, Jinan, Hangzhou and Nanjing. Programmes run every summer and Easter for three weeks with a choice of two locations each time.
You can expect a once in a life experience through this programme. Our previous students have written glowing reviews on our website – www.studychina.org.uk
