Spring Fling Young Artists Bursary Programme 2012
The recent graduates will be awarded 15 days of mentoring between February and June 2012 from a professional artist, £1000 to create new work, and free and automatic entry into Spring Fling Open Studios 2012 where they will be given a space to show their new work. Applications are open until 28 October 2011 and are open to recent UK art school graduates or final year students with a connection to Dumfries and Galloway.
If you are eligible and would like to be considered, please download the guidelines and application form from www.spring-fling.co.uk/whats-on/young-artists-bursary-programme-2012/ and submit with four images and artists CV to info@spring-fling.co.uk by 5pm 28 October 2011.
All applications will be selected by a panel of arts industry professionals in the middle of November 2011 and successful applicants will be notified by the end of November 2011. On application an agreement between the artist and Spring Fling will be signed. We are aware of and comply with copyright issues.
