Pilot NHS Communications Graduate Management Training Scheme
Imagine what it’s like being part of a press office team during a global healthcare issue like swine flu, or liaising with the local press after an incident at your hospital or even helping NHS departments engage with a wide range of stakeholders. Combine this with other projects that come from working within one of the world’s largest employers and you’ll be facing challenges from the start that, in terms of career experience, will set you up for anything the future holds.
We’re looking for twelve people who are keen to learn, quick to pick up ideas and who want to develop their skills in NHS communications and aspire to be a leader of the future. Modelled on our existing award winning national programme, the new pilot scheme prides itself on its “blended learning” approach – structured work placements in parallel with education, development and working towards professional qualifications.
