Photographers required
This is a lovely family event, which gives people the chance to support Parkinson's UK and gives us the opportunity to take some great pictures. We then use these in our promotional materials such as on posters and flyers, and on our website. We try to get clear, well branded shots of our eventers in action, which will then hopefully inspire others to get involved.
The type of pictures that we would like to get are action shots of our supporters on the course and happy group and individual shots before and after the race. A more detailed brief will be provided to anyone who is interested in helping.
Due to the type of photography we need, if anyone can volunteer they would need a good camera with a decent lens which can capture people running (although not generally at a fast speed for this event!) This is an opportunity to gain experience of photographing running events and working with a charity events team.
The run takes place on Sunday 5 September and would need someone for the morning and possibly a couple of hours in the afternoon. We would be able to pay any travel expenses for the day.
