Photographer looking for fashion designs for photoshoot
We are a photographer and illustrator collaborating to produce very unique photo-illustration, you can see examples at our agents website: www.metcalfelancaster.com , click "ianandlozz" .
We are looking for a new up and coming designer to work with us on a project that we want to shoot on Saturday; please see the brief below.
We need:
6 or more, pieces of clothing from a single designer. Crisp lines, nice detail. Possibly with strong colours.
We are going to suspend them in mid-air using wire and clips, in positions that suggest the items are jumping and contorting in ways that are just out of reach for the human body. They will be shot as cut-outs, dropped on a clean background and then illustration will be added as if passing through the clothes. The style, fluidity and colours of the illustration will depend on the designer`s input and description of their clothes, ie. the inspiration & influences that went into their collection and the ideas & thoughts they want to convey.
When finished we are happy for the designer to use these shots in their advertising as long as credits are given.
We'll shoot everything on one day so we won't need the items for long. We're happy to shoot more (i.e. a whole collection) depending on how many items there are.
