Oxford Red Dress Couture Ball
The Oxford Red Dress Couture Ball, in aid of H.E.L.P. and Teach A Man to Fish, takes place this Friday of 8th week. Under the patronage of Lord Patten, The Chancellor of Oxford University and with the support of many eminent public figures and professionals from the Chairmans of the British Fashion Council to the Editor in Chief of Glamour(US), Oxford students are producing a charity fashion show on a scale Oxford has not seen before, to raise desperately needed funds to help impoverished children in Malawi.
The show features dresses made and donated specifically to the event by John Galliano, Chanel, Marchesa, Herve Leger, Vera Wang, Escada, Bill Blass, Paul Smith, Temperley, Nicole Farhi, Anya Hindmarch, Brian Reyes and more... walked down the runway by models provided by Premier Model Agency, one of the leading model agencies in the world.
The Red Dress Couture Ball, already featured on VOGUE.COM will receive coverage in the international and national press.
There will also be a charity auction of extremely rare and unique lots, conducted by Hugh Edmeades, International Director of Christie's.
Following the show expect 2 free drinks, complimentary entry and queue jump at the exclusive after party at Kukui. Music provided by the world renowned HedKandi!
We would love to offer Fashion students a discounted rate of £25 for tickets, which goes directly to the charity.
