Opportunity to pitch for a chance to design the artwork for a selection of T shirts and hoodies
Opportunity to pitch for a chance to design the artwork for a selection of T shirts and hoodies for a new range of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)/ Ultimate Fighting inspired brand of casual/sports wear that will be different from those on the market already.
If pitch is selected, the designer/artist will work closely with Miad Najafi and Suzie Turner, a well established Couture designer, to put together a small selection of designs based on our specific brief.
The judging criteria will be based on Miad Najafi and his couture designer partner Suzie Turner initially meeting with the applicants to discuss their ethos and direction of the brand, without restricting the student's creativity. After that the student will have approximately 2-3 weeks to prepare 2-3 base designs that will be examined and judged accordingly. Criteria will be based on being true to the brief, vision and brand philosophy as well as being appealing on an aesthetic level.
The winner will receive a £250 cash prize and a 1% share of any profits netted from their own designs in the future.
A rare and exciting chance to earn valuable experience, earn money and to be involved in a novel project at a grass roots level.
