Observer/Jonathan Cape/ Comica Graphic Short Story competition
The judges will be looking for emerging talent and original work. The judges are Mark Haddon, Rutu Modan, Dan Franklin (publisher, Jonathan Cape) Paul Gravett (author and Director of Comica festival), Rachel Cooke (The Observer) and Suzanne Dean (Creative Director Random House). The closing date is 17th October.
