Let the Kids Dance - Fashion Recruitment Event
The opening collection and information on the brand can be found at www.letthekidsdance.co.uk.
In terms of style, LTKD are targeting 18-30 year olds, fashion conscious men and woman and is aimed at positioning itself at the trendier end of the high street. In terms of costs this will be an affordable label but not one to be dominated by branding, but using design and imagery that will set it apart from the mundane styles that you will see everyday in the UK shops.
Crucially the brand is based on giving a foundation to the best emerging designers in the UK.... the design team is given transparency at LTKD, so will have their work pushed and they will be recognisable as the talent behind the clothing and style of the label. We hope that this will be attractive proposition for those who want to raise awareness for their ability through a label that aims to challenge the most established brands on the market.
The label has made a fantastic start after just over 8 months, gaining national press and begins to gain orders from some of the nicest designer shops in the UK.
No need to book, but please send an email to careers@arts.ac.uk to register your interest. Remember to bring your CV/portfolio with you.
This event is open to all students and graduates of the University of the Arts London.
