Future Textiles Themes competition

The launch event will be on Monday 21st February 2011, 2 – 6pm, Lecture Theatre, 272 High Holborn (round the corner from CSM Southampton Row campus).

The competition covers five future textiles themes, that all have aspects of sustainability running through them, which will be launched at the event. With an impressive line-up of world-leading textile and fashion designers and researchers planned to speak, the event should be really insightful and worth attending, even if students are not sure whether or not to enter the competition.

Confirmed speakers inlcude: Suzanne Lee (Senior Research Fellow, CSM/Bio Couture) and Dr Emma Neuberg (CCW/TED/Slow Textiles Group).
