Want to take part in the 'Frieze Art Fair'
This will involve parading from the fair to the park to take part in a number of varied activities, such as... "arrangement of things at the park, planting balloons, installation of flags between trees, alphabet letter yoga, improvisation with Isamu Noguchi table structures with bamboo sticks and painting, cinema performance during the screening of a video, poetry banner-making on the fence between park and fair ground" and other various events.
This would suit artists interested in contemporary visual art practice and performance who are willing to get involved in the week of the fair which runs 13th - 17th October in Regent’s Park, and on the 12th October for briefing and to meet the artists - flexibility will be essential. It is an opportunity to experience the Fair closely and work with the artists.
We will pay for travel expenses within London and lunch, as well as provide a ticket to the fair on each day of participation. The daily participation will vary but would be approximately 2 - 4 hours.
If you are interested, please email at pati@frieze.com with around 200 words describing why you are interested, and a short CV or description of your practice.
The deadline for applications is Sunday 26 September.
Thank you,
