What's Inside Your Imaginarium?

One of the most talked-about films of recent years, Terry Gilliam’s
THE IMAGINARIUM OF DOCTOR PARNASSUS, will open in cinemas across the UK and Ireland on 16 October, 2009

This is a fantastical morality tale, set in the present-day. It tells the story of Dr. Parnassus and his extraordinary ‘Imaginarium’, a travelling show where members of the audience get an irresistible opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. The film features the most stellar ensemble cast in recent memory; Heath Ledger, Christopher Plummer, Verne Troyer, Andrew Garfield, Lily Cole and Tom Waits, with Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law.

Once someone steps into the Imaginarium, it becomes filled with the person’s wildest dreams and fantasies. A rich woman steps in and her world is filled with designer shoes and dashing Lotharios; a young lady steps inside and she is on a gondola ride with the man of her dreams…

What would we see if YOU stepped into the Imaginarium?

We want to see what the inside of your imagination is like. What you need to do is produce a piece of art that best captures this. It can be a painting, a drawing, a short film, a photograph, video or even a piece of music. You don’t need to be a great artist, what we want is you to best encapsulate the depths of your imagination.
It’s your chance to show us the scope of your mind…

The top prize is a state of the art Macbook Pro.
5 Runners up will receive signed storyboards and posters by Terry Gilliam

COMPETITION DEADLINE:
Emailed entries must be received by 1pm on October 23rd, 2009, postal ones by October 16th. A judging panel including Terry Gilliam, independently selected by Lionsgate Films UK, will select the winner and runners up. The winner will be informed no later than 6pm on Friday 30th October 2009.
