Exhibition proposals sought
ASYLUM is a new artist run organization based in Peckham, The Asylum project space is a grade 2 listed Chapel in Caroline Gardens on Asylum Road. In order to get the space cleaned up (there is allot of sand and dust on the floor which also needs painting) we are inviting student groups to put forward exhibition proposals.
The chosen group will have use of the Chapel for two weeks FREE of charge. In return the group will supply any materials needed to realize their exhibition, clean and paint the floor, erect any walls needed under the supervision of the ASYLUM Group (as the building is listed we are restricted in how walls and fastenings are made.)
The Chapel is a open plan space of approx 12 x 14 meters, it has lots of power sockets, little lighting but has 12 stained glass windows and a new toilet.
For more information or to arrange a meeting please contact.
