Enter the Creative Enterprise Awards
To enter you should be a student or graduate (graduated no earlier than 2006) of UAL. There are three categories you can enter:
• Successful freelancer
• Outstanding new business
• Most enterprising project
The deadline for entries is 10am on Monday 26 October. Prize packages include memberships to creative organisations, vouchers, business advice and more – watch this space. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at the Enterprise Week Launch Party on Monday 16 November.

Social innovation and creative business free event
Book now for ECCA’s free event Social innovation and creative business. There are increasing opportunities for artists, designers and other creative entrepreneurs to use their skills to address social issues. From innovating services for public benefit to setting up pioneering initiatives and businesses that drive change, creative thinking and processes have a good place in making a difference. This inspiring panel discussion will showcase some examples, look at the definition of social innovation, common ways of working and support networks for those interested in setting up in the field.
