ACT ART 6 - DYING FOR IT!
Calling all 2D, 3D, and video artists to submit proposals for the forthcoming... ACT ART 6 - DYING FOR IT! event on 7th NOVEMBER 2008.
ACT ART programmes performance for the camera pieces, live performance/ live art documentations, as well as short-full length films works as well as 2d and 3d works.
Please note: Although we do programme performance/ live art we are now fully programmed in the area.
Artists are invited to either respond to this year's subtitle and/ or propose work related to the body in the broadest sense.
This year's theme 'ACT ART 6 - DYING FOR IT!' addresses what's wrong with the world today.
For example negative moral or ethical judgments, cruel, unjust and selfish human behaviour, War and diseases like cancer and aids, poverty, famine and global warming caused by human actions. CCTV, censorship, celebrity culture, and the media circus.
